Purchase Ledger - Sheffield - Up to £19,000 study support - Start ASAP Your new company Your new job role is a specialist manufacturing business based in Sheffield, currently recruiting for an additional member to join their finance team due to company growth. They are looking for an Accounts Junior with previous experience in a finance role who would like to progress with them moving forward. A really exciting time to join this business Your new role Key Responsibilities as per below: Entering data from purchase invoices onto accounting system Generating payment runs - twice monthly Sending cheques Filing - e.g. invoices & statements Reconciling / checking supplier statements Answering supplier queries Stationary order - once monthly Managing Petty Cash Training on Sage Payroll Any other ad-hoc duties What you'll need to succeed Excellent communication skills Solid team working skills Tidy work environment to be maintained Confidentiality to remain within the office Ability to work to deadlines Punctuality Experience in Excel and Microsoft office packages Previous Purchase Ledger experience ideal What you'll get in return You will receive a highly competitive salary of up to £19,000 plus study support, working days are Monday to Friday, hours from Monday to Thursday are 8:15am - 16:30pm, Friday from 8:15am - 16:00pm.
