Overview
This is an opportunity to join a diverse group of companies with the Head Office for core departments based in Sheffield. They are family owned and always on the lookout for growth and expansion opportunities Due to expansion, they have a great opportunity for a Purchase ledger clerk to join their group of companies at their Head Office in Sheffield. They are looking for someone ambitious who will add value to the team. There is also an opportunity to develop in the team. Main Duties involved would be: - Processing high level of invoices for stock and overheads - Matching GRNs to invoices - Investigating and resolving supplier queries - Regular supplier reconciliations - Assisting with weekly payment run - Assist with Management reports - Raising Charge back debit notes The ideal candidate must have at least 12 month experience in a similar role. - Sage experience - they use Sage 200, but experience of any sage is essential - Computer literate - knowledge and experience of word, excel and outlook - Good time keeping - working to deadlines and prioritising - Flexible with roles and also may be required to travel to individual companies - Team player - working as a team and independently - On site car parking - Opportunities for progression Fantastic location just off the M1 Motorway for anyone based in Rotherham, Sheffield or Barnsley.
