The Head Teacher has also recently put into place a system for MPS1 – MPS6 Primary Teachers to receive Inner London Weighting even though being an Outer London Borough Experienced Primary Teachers will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities (TLR) throughout the School – This can vary from Subject, Year Group and Phase Lead. You must be confident within your ability and be able to work in a large team of Primary Teachers.
