They are looking for either a Senior Research Executive or Research Manager to join their team, to work across a range of public and private sector clients. This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to thrive in a growing environment and be part of the next phase of their journey. The Role As Senior Research Executive or Research Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day managing and running of the projects, from responding to briefs through to delivering insightful presentations. This is a client facing role, and you will be expected to spend time with your clients, understanding their business needs and how research can answer questions. Key Duties Include:- - Writing proposals and attending pitches, to secure and help to win new business - Designing research methodologies that will best meet the client need, across both quantitative and qualitative - Writing fieldwork materials that will allow the information to be collected in a non-biased, accurate way - Overseeing the projects through field, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results - When necessarily, carrying out qualitative fieldwork such as focus group moderation and in-depth interviews - Analysis, to pull out key findings to go into the reports and presentation - Presenting to clients The Candidate - Ideally educated to degree level, with a solid grounding in quantitative research methods (qualitative would be advantageous) - Ability to manage multiple projects at once, to provide a high quality service to clients to encourage repeat business - Experience in writing proposals, designing fieldwork materials and analysis, will be essential to hit the ground running - Ability to pull out key findings, to showcase the results for the clients that will meet their needs This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89654242
