Overview
This is a communications business that devises and delivers programmes that meet a client’s business needs. The work encompasses media engagement, social media content creation and channel management, creative campaigns and senior stakeholder coaching. Although this role is starting off as 1-month internship there would be a strong possibility of extension based on work and fit. It would be the clients preference The same applies to going permanent, it’s very much a possibility and would be based on the above and client wins. How you can expect to spend your day: Interns are immediately part of our team. You can expect to: Join client calls and meetings Help with follow-up notes Draft press releases Help with distribution of press releases Participate in brainstorms Produce research notes on industry topics, trends, issues Draft content calendars for social channels Monitor social for client mentions, issues or conversations Draft reports to update clients on our activity and its results Help with new business pitches Help with content creation e.g. short videos, photography etc Our team is open and collaborative, we don’t expect an expert from day one. However, this is an active role that will help a person develop their communications skills through on-the-job learning. The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: This will suit a person with an open, can-do attitude who wants to get involved from the outset. The ideal person will have: Excellent written skills Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite Interest in current affairs Knowledge of social media channels It would be a bonus if the person had: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Interest in latest social media trends and developments What are the perks of working at this company?
