Overview

My client, an exciting architecture studio based in North West London, is looking for a qualified Part -Time Finance Manager to join their buzzy team. Based in small but cool offices, in a tight-knit team, this role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a fantastic attitude. In return, you will work with lovely, down to earth, creative types in a cool and creative office Working closely with the Finance Team, this role will focus on all aspects of finance, which include managing the general ledger, annual budgeting and forecasting, as well as preparing of monthly management packs. You will be also looking after the compliance legislation for tax and financial reporting, preparation of information for long and short-term business plans as well as some HR duties which include employment contracts, management of annual appraisal process including coordinating annual salary as well as other ad-hoc duties. The ideal candidate will be qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA). You will be happy to work 3 days a week. The experience needed for this role would include having previously worked within in a similar role for an SME or a boutique company for a minimum of 2/3 years.
