Overview

OVERVIEW The perfect hybrid role between Sales Order Processing and Purchase Ledger Working in the finance team alongside the Management Accountant there’s not much you won’t be getting involved in when it comes to data admin & finance. For the ‘SOP’ side you’ll be matching quotes to the PO’s, updating the CRM with information of new and existing customers, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. On the other side in ‘PL’ you’ll be processing supplier invoices and raising PO’s, resolving queries, sending out statements, processing BACS payments and calculating credit card expenses. You might have experience of just 1 of the job roles mentioned above OR have a really strong admin background with a passion for finance and a numerical mindset. Skill set you’ll need – Experience with complex data administration A key eye for detail when entering information into the CRM Intermediate Excel skills – preferably up to VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables Experience of SAGE and invoice processing REQUIREMENTS You’ll need to be a methodical thinker, be logical in your approach to the tasks you’re set and be able to prioritise your workload to ensure everything is kept on top of If you think you’ve got the relevant experience similar to that mentioned above please do get in touch to find out more.
