Payroll Processor | £25,000 - £30,000 | Tottenham, North London My client are one of London’s leading waste management companies established in the 1950s. They specialise in demolition and construction waste covering a large number of sectors where they provide waste management and recycling solutions. Reporting into the Managing director and financial controller, I am looking for a tenacious and experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years Payroll experience to join the Finance team in Tottenham. Role Position: Payroll Salary: From £25,000 - £30,000 Location: Tottenham Contract: Full time, Permanent Hours: 08:30 am to 17:30pm Duties Include: Processing weekly payroll for 150 employees and Monthly payroll for 50 employees Process and manage SMP, SSP Process new starters and issue P45s Sole responsibility for whole process Submissions to HMRC Submitting/completing statutory declarations, informing HMRC as required Responsible for accurately maintaining all personnel data held on the payroll system Calculating and recording absences, holidays and statutory leave Ensuring that payroll records are accurately maintained Resolving any payroll queries or discrepancies Prepare all Reports for Financial Controller Personal Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in Payroll Experience using Sage Payroll Be able to work in a fast paced environment Strong numerical and problem solving skills Experience in a Logistics of construction background - desirable Excellent organisational and time management skills; Must have the legal right to work in the UK (without sponsorship) If you have the relevant experience and skills required for this role please apply.
