Overview
Our client is a leading Healthcare law firm looking to hire a Corporate Law Solicitor, with a minimum of 4 years' PQE, on a full-time or part-time basis with the flexibility to work from home. The firm acts for both private and NHS primary care providers and the work will involve undertaking a range of corporate and contractual based advisory and transactional work for primary healthcare clients with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions of GP practices, the sale and purchase of dental practices, restructuring, joint ventures and incorporations.
