Overview

The focus of this role is to process and oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable function for the Ticketmaster UK Group and to support the Senior Accountant as directed. The role includes responsibility for the related functions of all Ticketmaster UK companies. RESPONSIBILITIES Weekly reconciliation of Business House invoicing system, inputting and distribution of the relevant invoicing Weekly creation of a Director Debit collection file for the above and maintenance of a collection master file Daily income vs sales reconciliation Inputting of income related invoicing and maintenance of relevant spreadsheets Inter-company billing Weekly inter-company AR reconciliation and analysis of recharge Request approval and raising relevant inter-company invoices Daily posting and allocation of all AR related bank receipts Point of contact for all AR queries and ad-hoc invoicing Monthly analysis and reconciliation of merchant card charges, credit card processing income and call revenue credit control To monitor, chase and reduce outstanding debt Quarterly method of payment analysis To provide cover for ePDQ refunds Reconciliation of customer statements and accounts Perform month end AR reconciliations to the Trial Balance Assistance in Audits (internal/external/SOX) Ensuring all processes are SOX compliant Ad-hoc duties as required REQUIREMENTS Intermediate/Advanced/Excel knowledge Good Excel knowledge Good understanding of AR functions Ability to prioritise workloads Ability to meet tight deadlines Attention to work in a dynamic environment Experience with Oracle preferred, but not essential BEHAVIOURAL REQUIREMENTS Proactive approach to problem solving Ability to work well in a team Professional attitude Self-motivated Good communicator Good organisation skills Trustworthy CULTURE We have a 'Fan First' mindset, placing customers at the heart of everything we do.
