Overview
Are you looking for a part-time Senior Bookkeeping role? If the answer is yes then read on Are you looking for a work/life balance? I am currently working with a small creative agency based in East London. As a whole there are 6 to 8 people in the company and you will be the sole accountant This role will initially be to help them get their accounts to where they need to be, as they are a new start-up company and therefore need someone to help out with the structure in their accounts department. This will therefore be giving you loads of responsibility. If you are willing to get your head down and work then this could be the right opportunity for you This role will require someone to start on a 2 week temporary full-time basis which could then turn into a permanent role 2-3 days a week. What they can offer… - A lovely office space - 9:00am - 18:00pm Hours - £30,000 - £40,000 Salary equivalent The role will be covering… - Accounts payable and receivable on a senior level - Credit Control - Reconciliations - Cash flow forecasting - PL - Payroll experience (not essential) - Closing of previous accounts - Balance sheets - VAT from start to end Ideally you will need… - A bit of a "backbone" - The ability to work independently - Experience using Xero (Essential) - Good attention to detail Ideally you will need to be immediately available If this sounds like the role for you please apply Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
