Overview
A client of Morgan Hunt are looking to recruit a Housing Officer in South London, this is a temporary assignment for initially 4-6 months. Reporting to the Housing Manager the Housing officer will be responsible for: Anti Social Behaviour Management Rent recovery, referring and preparing cases for legal action and representing Organisation at court with legal representative Tenancy Management Engaging with residents and attending Resident Associations meetings Signposting residents to external services/organisations to encourage Tenancy Sustainment & Health and Well-being The successful candidate for the Housing Officer will have the following: Experience of taking cases to court for legal action or breach of tenancy Preparing and representing in court in regards to rent arrears Have a full UK driving license and assess to your own car as you will be required to some remote areas in the borough If you feel that you meet the criteria above then please contact us now.
