Overview
An award-winning financial services company are seeking a knowledgeable Business Analyst to join their Glasgow City Centre offices on a permanent basis offering a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus as an award winning benefit package including study support and flexible working. There is a FULLY REMOTE interview processes – with telephone and video telephone interviews taking place with offers being made on this basis. As a Business Analyst you will: Work in an agile framework as part of a multi-disciplined DB team focusing on delivering improvements and new applications to clients and the organisation. Help to improve functionality for applications and systems in relation to financial propositions within the pensions and investments market. Work with developers, QAs and other Bas to help improve functionality and enable the productions of new applications. Gather user stories, specify acceptance criteria and design workflow models for Agile dev teams as well as actively participating in the delivery team’s performance improvements. We are looking for a Business Analyst with the following: A proven track record of working within Business Analysis in an Agile environment. Sprint, KanBan, 3 Amigos knowledge. Demonstrable experience of identifying and delivering improvements across change initiatives. Strong analytical skills. 1st class interpersonal and teamwork ability. Ability to lead and collaborate with people in multiple teams.
