Becoming a Client Services Team Member with Capita Employee Benefits: We currently have some exciting opportunities to join our busy Swindon based team working in client services and striving to deliver a first-class stakeholder experience. Working within our Employee Benefits business unit the team are responsible for the management of our client's benefits portfolios ensuring that they receive a timely, effective and professional response to all queries and questions. Full training is provided within this post so the role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in this arena, combining customer service, administrative and analytical duties the roles are varied and rewarding and offer opportunities for career development both within this team and the wider Capita business. What you'll be doing: · Provide a first class experience for all stakeholders both internal and external · Action and complete all planned client portfolio and new business activities and services (i.e. renewals, market reviews, claims etc…) · Assist all portfolio clients with the development of their Employee Benefits strategy · Main point of contact for all HR, Payroll and provider queries · Bulk and individual pension transfers · Assist with project based activities as requested by the Client Services Manager What we're looking for: Ideally experience of working in a customer service or administrative role Excellent communication skills both written and verbal The ability to manage and prioritise own workload Proactive and positive approach to workload Outstanding customer focussed; driven to provide a first-class service to all stakeholders High level of attention to detail About Capita Employee Benefits Capita Employee Solutions is one of the largest employee benefits consultancies in the UK; a multi award-winning organisation servicing over 1,600 clients and more than 4 million company employees and pension scheme members.
