Overview
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced private client solicitor to join a top 100 law firm in their Swindon office. You will be joining a private client department that provides comprehensive advice on all areas of lifetime estate planning and advising non-domiciled UK residents on how best to limit their tax exposure. You will have a minimum of 7 years' PQE and previous experience within private client law and, ideally, a specialism in elderly and incapacity issues, NHS Care Home funding and trusts. This is an opportunity to be part of the elderly and incapacity team at this fantastic firm and to grow internal and external networks of clients, intermediaries and contacts. You will be managing a caseload of private client files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions, building relationships with clients and managing expectations.
