Overview

Reed recruitment are currently recruiting for a Client Services Consultant - Expense management for a 6 month fixed term contract in the Swindon location. Duties: • Carry out Start conversations • Explain services • Manage delivery of those services • Consult with and provide advice to employee and client in respect of all activities undertaken • Maintain regular proactive communication, verbal and written, with employee and client • To audit all expense claims made by the employee with attention to detail ensure that these are either paid in a timely manner or are referred back to the employee to explain why the claim cannot be processed or paid. • Formulate and make detailed recommendations to employee and client based on business case/justifications • Identify and resolve technical issues/problems on each case as they arise • Achieve targeted levels of customer satisfaction on each case and meet client specific service Standards • Select appropriate suppliers based on capability and coverage • Instruct suppliers • Maintain regular contact with suppliers • Manage supplier performance at case level • Ensure accurate and efficient supplier payment • Record all case related data in an accurate and timely fashion, update as required • Maintain complete and accurate case text notes • Undertake client review updates as required by the CSM • To understand the general insurance responsibilities of the business and keep abreast of changes to the FCA regulatory procedures • To assist customers with general insurance enquiries in line with the guidelines of Oval Limited and Aspire and arrange insurance as required • To assist colleagues in meeting the general insurance responsibilities of the business. • Understand the nature of the specific responsibilities of the business as an Appointed Representative (AR) of Oval Limited • Follow the structures and systems in place to ensure the business discharges its AR responsibilities. • To ensure compliance with the FCA rules detailed in the Cartus training programme. • Periodically report to line manager on matters relevant to the General Insurance and Financial Services activities.
