They are seeking a Private Client Solicitor 1 years PQE for their office in Swindon, Wiltshire. The Role: You will manage a caseload of private client files, dealing with cases and transactions including Elderly and Incapacity issues, Court of Protection, Continuing care with NHS, Care fees planning, Wills, Probate, Estate Planning and Tax matters. This role would be fantastic for someone that wants to take it to the next stage with a top tier firm. Requirements: A Private Client Solicitor with 1 years PQE The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential. Salary for this position is negotiable and dependent on experience, but the firm pay well for the local market.
