Overview
We are currently looking to add an experienced ReReceptionist to our current excellent team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the repair process of customer’s vehicles for nominated insurance company account/s, overseeing each stage of the repair process from collection to completion and will liaise directly with internal staff to provide a superior customer experience. Main: • Part-Time Role (24 hours per week) • Front of house for a Prestige dealership Skills and experience: • Must have experience in a prestige customer service role • Pro-active and customer focused • Well organised with an ability to multi-task • Ability to show "ownership" for workload • Attention to detail • Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines • Confident, positive telephone manner • Upbeat and friendly personality • IT literate • Knowledge of Advance Bookshop System is an advantage but not essential If you match the criteria above and want to join a successful growing company, we would love to hear from you
