Overview
AJ Chambers are currently seeking a Senior Accountant on behalf of a leading Accountancy Practice based in Central London. In this role, your main responsibility will be to manage an existing portfolio of owner managed businesses, preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, ensuring technical standards are high at all times. The position is much more than just compliance work and will involve all aspects of client and team management. You will be entrusted with a complex and varied case load within one of the leading divisions within the firm, so this is a real opportunity to stand out. Role Responsibilities: · Preparation of accounts from client portfolio within an agreed budget timescale · Preparation of management accounts from time to time · Production of draft accounts together with a well presented accounts / audit file for review · Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships · Occasional supervision of junior members of staff The Ideal Candidate : · ACA or ACCA qualified · Good time management and ability to reach deadlines · Use of CCH and / or Pro Audit software would be beneficial · Proven experience in full accounts production within a medium sized Practice · Excellent communication · Ability to multitask If Interested in this opportunity , please contact Demi Dawson at AJ Chambers .
