Overview

Senior Structural Engineer - Birmingham - £35,000 - £42,000 Dependent on experience plus excellent benefits. We are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for a well-established multi-disciplinary firm to be based in their Birmingham office. We ideally are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with strong housing experience to take full control of all our housing work, and to lead and develop a dedicated structures housing team projects. Requirements for the Senior Structural Engineer: • Degree in civil or structural engineering. • Around 5 years’ experience in the design of residential structures. • You will be adept at the design of residential sub and super-structures for new build housing, along with associated highways structures • Experience in producing structural calculations • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Desire to understand and learn • Experience of using TEDDS calculation package • Knowledge of AutoCAD My clients is happy to support their engineers to develop skills plus helping them achieving Chartered status.
