Overview

We are pleased to be working with a Top 20 firm currently seeking a Corporate Finance Manager. The team advises entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses, banks and private equity organisations across a range of industries, which are looking to catapult their business to the next level, whether it be fund raising, mergers and acquisitions or management buy outs etc. Deal sizes range from £1m to £200m and day to day you will be handling M&A, MBO / MBI, Growth Capital Raising transactions and Due Diligence on both Buy and Sell side transactions. Day to day responsibilities include: - Preparing business plans, financial forecasts and IMs - Researching potential buyers/sellers and establishing contact - Preparing for pitches - Financial Modelling - Working closely with Directors and clients - Proactively developing your network The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with circa. 2 years' post qualification Corporate Finance experience gained within a mid-market advisory firm. Lead advisory experience is not a prerequisite and those with TS experience would make an easy transition into the role.
