Electrical Project Manager
Overview
Electrical Manager required to deliver multiple projects to the tune of £1m - £3m My client's typical workload includes cut and carve refurbishment projects of existing buildings in central London with projects ranging from £1 - £15 million. Most projects involve maximising the potential of a site for a client, be that for Grosvenor Estates, The Crown Estate or The British Museum. They also work for a wide range of clients including private developers, schools and high net worth individuals. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Electrical PM capable of running 2 to 3 projects in London ranging in size from £250k to £1.5m. Management of direct tradespeople, ordering equipment and materials, project reporting, programming, managing quality of installation, managing specialist sub-contractors.
