Administrator - Asset Finance Egham £25,000 We are currently handling an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a busy and varied role, and will include: Providing administrative support to Account Managers and Partners Creating contracts and new business documents Reviewing and checking documents for activation and payment Liaising with the Sales and Credit departments Liaising with customers on behalf of relevant Account Managers Checking that invoices are approved and paid out according to credit terms General office administration duties as required To be considered for this role, you will need: Previous Administration experience, ideally within a Financial Services environment Experience of creating/processing/checking customer documentation Able to communicate confidently at all levels Able to work under pressure Intermediate level MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills Good time management and organisation skills
