Description Key responsibilities for the HR Administrator position are: Supporting HR Advisor and the wider HR team Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave Supporting with on-boarding and off-boarding of employees Providing administrative support to managers as required Supporting with the issuing of contracts, offer letters, etc Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken Profile The successful candidate for this junior position in Egham would have: Some experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator's assistant A enthusiastic attitude to learning more within HR Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft programmes Organisational skills and ability to prioritise Experience working in Hospitality and Catering or the Leisure industry would be beneficial Job Offer The client is offering the successful candidate: A competitive salary Benefits The ability to progress within HR Parking Above average holiday allowance
