Job Title: Senior Mortgage Administrator Location: Egham Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: F838365BBMC Remuneration: To £30,000 basic Overview: A rare opportunity for a mortgage administrator or mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to work for an established bridging and mortgage broker firm in the Egham area. Main Duties: Working alongside the owner of the business, you will act as a senior mortgage administrator/mortgage processor. You will be required to deal around 15 - 20 new cases per month, concentrating on bridging loans, mortgages, development loans as well as commercial mortgages. As well as submitting all new business, you will also be required to be the first point of contact to the new and existing clients answering general enquiries. You will also be required to keep the clients and the business owner up to date with how the cases are progressing. This role is working from a busy head office in the Egham area working Monday to Friday 09.00 - 5.00. Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from experienced financial services professionals who have an excellent working knowledge of mortgages, bridging and ideally commercial loans. Ideally you will be currently working in an administrative role, however applications will be considered from experienced advisors looking to move into a back-office position.
