Housing Support Team Leader (Homelessness Prevention) Lewisham £38,300 - £40,000 We are looking to recruit a Housing Support Team Leader. You will supervise and performance manage Successful Tenancies Advisors in the delivery of an efficient and outcomes focused service to reduce tenancy failure amongst Hyde's high risk residents through the provision of a time-bound, holistic, assessment based advice and advocacy service. Duties of a Housing Support Team Leader: Be a subject lead on a Successful Tenancies specialism (Homelessness Prevention, or Employment Support). Case manage a portfolio of high business impact cases. Raise any non- compliance or process failures with Managers, encompassing Health and Safety, Data Protection, Safeguarding and management controls or compliance with all statuary, regulatory and policy requirements relating to the management of the Hyde Group. Line manage and supervise Successful Tenancies Advisors to deliver an outstanding Successful Tenancies service to existing residents and prospective residents of The Hyde Group, ensuring that advisors are delivering a high impact tailored advice and advocacy service to at risk residents. You will ideally have experience in management support in a housing management setting. The closing date for applications is 22nd March 2020.
