Overview
Service Desk Technical Lead Your new company Your new role is with an exciting and growing insurance company based in Bristol. They boast a modern working environment that is fun, fast paced and challenging. Your new role As the new Service Desk Technical Lead, you will be providing technical IT Support for the organisation. You will be a point of contact for IT Support enquiries and you will facilitate IT within the business, also you will ensure all tickets are logged, prioritised and resolved within SLA. You will also play a key role of improving the function of the service desk by working closely with the Infrastructure team. Key responsibilities for the role include: Providing 2nd line IT technical support whilst ensuring excellent customer service. Assist with infrastructure tasks and projects where necessary. Coach and mentor other members of the team. Ensure PCI / CDE processes are followed at all times in a timely manner. Review and identify areas of improvement, including technical solutions for business tasks. What you'll need to succeed Key Skills required include: Experience with all Microsoft desktop operating systems and office suite. Experience providing remote desktop support. TCP/IP networking skills experience Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Powershell Experience with Microsoft Exchange Infrastructure What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of £35000 with excellent company benefits included.
