Overview
We are looking to recruit several professional, driven individuals who are passionate about creating engaging Training Content for a small but busy team on the outskirts of Swindon. The role will offer autonomy alongside the opportunity to work as part of a fantastic team. You will need to have experience of creating training material and be a bit of a Powerpoint genius The role will suit somebody who is keen to develop their skills in Training, who wants to contribute to the success of a business and who has bundles of personality. We are keen to hear from you if you have been a Training Administrator, have developed Training Content or Training Material and have a desire to further a career in Training. As a Training Content Creator, you will be responsible for: Producing e-learning content for external clients Assisting with the creation of bespoke video tutorials Producing interactive training presentations To be considered you will: Have excellent Powerpoint skills Be highly IT literate and have experience of using a variety of different software packages Have experience of producing training material Have an excellent level of spoken English, grammar and spelling Be capable of working to tight deadlines Have a real desire to learn and develop yourself within a small team What the company is like… Based on the outskirts of Swindon, the Training Content Developer will play a key role in this small but successful business.
