Overview
A Global Network Manager (Agent / Nostro Banks) is required by a global investment bank to provide remote due diligence on the agent / nostro bank network on a global basis. Candidates must have experience of Custodies as well as Securities / Cash operation within an investment banking environment. The key responsibilities include Manage and complete remote due diligence exercises for the Bank's agent / nostro bank network globally which seeks to identify, assess and mitigate market, custodian and operational risk. This includes issuance, review of responses, assessing, capturing risks, developing risk mitigation strategies & management reporting of the risks. Monitor identified risks and update tracker on a regular basis Develop and manage primary relationships with Agent Banks for Recover & Resolution Planning Create contingency strategies for Agent Banks Review existing Service Level Agreements with agent/nostro banks, implementing new or amending current SLAs when required Creation of a variety of MI and Regulatory reporting You will be an experienced investment banking professional with a deep understanding of custody/cash products and operations. You may be experienced in any of the following disciplines: Network Management Broker / Dealer Operations Custody Audit Compliance Regulation Legal Securities / Cash Operations Payments Client Services You will also have strong regulatory knowledge (e.g. FCA, CFTC and SEC) as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high level of attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
