Immediate Interviews : We are looking for experienced Call Centre Customer Service Claims Handlers to join a dynamic and exciting team from our clients head office in Alsager. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your Claims experience & customer service knowledge into a role where the company cares about you in a none call centre environment. This is a full time permanent role with a flexible shift pattern M-F 8am -4pm followed by Mon- Fri 10-7pm with 1 Saturday in 4 Salary £17500 -£18000 What the role entails: -Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers -Working in a fast paced office environment -Communicating to well with all our customers -Providing excellent customer service -Promoting different products to customers Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Ideally candidates will have Previous call Centre customer service experience or have worked in a busy office customer service environment Have excellent PC Skills Be passionate about customer service Someone from ideally a claims, insurance, live chat would be a fantastic fit A positive manner and enthusiasm to work as part of a busy team Benefits Excellent Family run business with fantastic values & environment Fantastic training On site facilities include canteen, free parking, Significant opportunities to progress and grow with a rapidly expanding brand
