Overview
Window and Door Fabricator. Our client based on the outskirts of Tewkesbury is looking for hard working staff to join their growing team. As a business they work within the engineering sector and export their products worldwide. The role will entail; ·Driving the counterbalance forklift ·Driving the Combi Forklift ·Fabricating windows and doors ·Picking, Packing ·Loading and Unloading. This role could also be customer facing as the clients customers can freely walk into the warehouse requiring stock; therefore you will need to be presentable and happy to deal with customers in a polite and proactive manner. Customer service is going to be key and a vital part of this role The ideal candidate will have a full clean driving license, their own safety boots and work trousers and they need to have valid Counterbalance & Combi Forklift licences. We are only looking for people who have a very strong work ethic and can show a passion and hunger to progress within an expanding business. In return our client will offer an hourly rate of £9 an hour to start and of course the role will then go permanent after 12 weeks offering a great starting salary. there is plenty of progression available for the right candidate, who has a hard working attitude & fantastic enthusiasm to succeed. The hours for this role are 7am to 4:45pm Monday to Thursday finishing at 1pm on a Friday, with plenty of overtime available.
