Overview
Our niche client based in Peterborough (UK Head Office) is looking to recruit a Technical Training Instructor on a fulltime permanent basis. This role is to deliver and coordinate training both internally and external (clients) Job Role:- To develop, plan, coordinate and deliver the programme of training Apply knowledge of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and programming, in support of the development of operation and technical manuals and best practice regimes Schedule training sessions on the operation, programming, maintenance and repair of all our clients machinery and equipment whilst following Group guidelines Coordinate warranty procedures from a technical perspective Support customers through the entire process from sale, installation, planning , mapping and delivery of all hardware and services Coordinate with Sales and other departments to ensure customer expectations are met To take responsibility for monitoring, administration and action of all product recalls and modification programmes. This role is niche and so you MUST have relevant experience dealing with Training and Technical knowledge within the Engineering sector Interviews to happen ASAP
