Overview
Job Title: Financial Accountant - Supervisor Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 Location: Cleckheaton Are you a technical financial accountant who wants to step up to supervising staff and business partner with non-finance stakeholders? Have you worked in the construction, civil engineering or other built environment sectors and are ready to take on extra responsibility? Then this maybe the right career move for you. This role will, within 18/24 months progress into a Finance Manager role. We will consider applicants who are fully qualified for this role. The role is managing one Assistant Accountant. We don't mind if you've not managed before, as training is provided and our client are looking for someone progressive and looking to begin their managerial journey. In return you will: Manage the financial accounts for complex construction business large in scale Business partner at other sites across the UK Get a brilliant salary and benefits package Get in a progressive role that will elevate your career Ideally you will: Be fully qualified ACCA/ICAEW Have financial accounts and reporting experience Have worked in construction, civil engineering or other built environment industries Be a wizard on MS Excel and be able to bring analysis to life to non-finance stakeholders Duties: Financial reporting and analysis IFRS Stakeholder presentations and commentary VAT Fixed Asset management Statutory accounts and reporting Balance sheet reconciliation Do not delay in applying to this highly desirable role.
