A great opportunity to join a Boutique Investment Bank who are recruiting for an M&A Analyst 2/3 If you are passionate about technology and would like to combine this with the opportunity to establish a career in the successful M&A department of a reputable Investment bank and have the following skills Skills and Responsibilities include: Assist in execution of on-going M&A Transactions Conduct company and industry research Develop financial models and valuation analysis Experience within an Investment Bank Passionate about Technology Master’s degree and a minimum of 12 months professional experience Financial Analysis and Modelling Skills High Energy and Pro-active Results driven and self-motivated with Great Work Ethic Fluent in a language would be a bonus Send your CV now.
