Overview
Group Reporting Manager My client is a technology company based in Leeds who are looking for a Group reporting Manager. Reporting directly to the Group finance Director, you will be responsible for the prep of all group statutory and management reporting. Key Responsibilities Supervision of year-end financial statements, including consolidation accounts prep. Oversee the review of statutory accounts from local and foreign legal entities. Develop and understand the UK Group VAT returns process to maximise working capital. Supervision of Group wide consolidation on a monthly basis. Prepare Group level management accounts for submission to the Board. Work on the development of financial reporting and the forecasting processes. Support the identification of where management reporting can be more effective and efficient. Liaise with the FD on the development of the continual improvement of the group's reporting. Prepare Group wide consolidations of forward-looking information for management review. About You: An ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant Candidates coming from an Audit background will be looked on favourably. Experience in the tech sector will be looked on favourably Strong technical U.K. GAAP accounting knowledge Managerial experience would be looked on favourably
