Group Recruitment Manager – Branded Hotel Group Salary: Up to £30,000 Location: Leeds An amazing opportunity to join an established company in a brand-new role Perfect chance for a recruitment and/or resources specialist to bring a Company to the next level A fast paced, rapidly growing company and offer opportunities to be part of prestigious events all across the country. They work hard and have fun while they’re at it RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of the frontline recruitment process across the company Line Management to the team of direct reports, providing leadership, direction, coaching, counselling and clear development paths Responsible for the recruitment strategy for the frontline workforce (casual and frontline employees), from attraction, selection to on-boarding Monitor the recruitment requirements for the business and work with the Operations team to ensure these are effectively planned and communicated Identify future training needs of the frontline workforce, in line with the evolving needs the business Monitor and manage the department budget - being commercially astute to understand the impact of additional costs of travel, accommodation and outsourcing Continuously develop best practice and procedure within the department to drive operational efficiency and performance REQUEIREMENTS: Demonstrative experience in a similar role Track record of building successful and positive relationships with all levels of a management team Knowledge of either / or the hotel or hospitality sector would be essential Demonstrate examples of developing local recruitment strategies and understanding individual and operational needs Proficient IT skills - in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook Strong commercial acumen Articulate and the ability to communicate with clients, managers and staff at all levels Does this sound like you?
