Overview
Management Accountant | Bracknell | £40,000 - £50,000 Wade Macdonald are partnered with a well-established business in search for a Management Accountant to be based in their Bracknell HQ. This role has ownership for the timely and accurate delivery of the month end reporting. You will also work closely with the rest of the Finance, Marketing, Sales and other departments in order to carry out the key responsibilities and ensure consistency and best practice is developed and maintained across the function. The role To deliver the 'end to end' month end process for the Variable Cost P&L lines (Central, Brands and Marketing). Including accruals, prepayments and analysis for the group and brands Business Partnering Commercial Finance & Operations teams for Variable cost To build key relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally To understand and track the monthly risks and opportunities within your key P&L lines To own the month end balance sheet reconciliations To own the P&L distribution process for Operational teams to support the Head of MA and FD with ad hoc requests To identify process improvements and implement solutions which support the delivery of better information and insight To identify process improvements and implement solutions which support the delivery of better information and insight What you'll need to be successful This is a hybrid role and you will need to have experience of working in a similar position. In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate: A Part or Newly Quailed Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Advanced Excel skills Experience of working in a similar role. As an individual, you will need to be detail orientated and accurate. Able to deliver information in a concise and clear manner to senior management teams internally and externally. You will need to have excellent communication skills and an ability to interact at a senior level, confidence whilst presenting the information.
