About the Job Do you want to be responsible for growing sales by running a team of high performing individuals who are tasked with expanding Games Workshop's network of thousands of trading partners across Europe? Are you excited by the development of staff, working with them to hit their goals and selecting the right people to grow our business, navigating any obstacles with them to ensure they have all the tools needed to achieve targets? In this role you will be: Managing a Multi-lingual sales team, to grow our business in Europe, according to GW's strategy, now and in the future Ensure the right people are employed by selecting, replacing and developing the individuals in your team Working with your European colleagues and other areas of the business to ensure targets are met Working with key business partners to develop our business You will be driven to ensure all individuals in your sales team consistently hit target, both now and in the future. Success in this job relies on staying focused on the goal, supporting and challenging staff, and influencing others. Doing this consistently is tough, and only those people who enjoy this kind of challenge will be successful.
