Overview
This PSL position is a full-time role on a 9 month contract to work with one other corporate PSL in the London Corporate team. The London corporate department has a broad practice, much of which is cross border. Responsibilities among others includes: creating, updating and maintaining precedents and practice notes; responding to queries from fee earners; assisting with new projects and proposals; Monitoring legal and regulatory developments; managing collections of work product and know how^of the group including the intranet pages; supporting the training programmes; producing client alerts and assisting with client seminars and events. The team is looking for a mid or senior level lawyer with experience working as a practicing corporate lawyer (or a knowledge lawyer within a corporate practice). This will be someone with general corporate law experience though corporate finance and corporate governance would be ideal.
