M&E Maintenance Engineer Location: North London Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in North London for a leading, FM provider who are looking for an Multi-Skilled Engineer to join one of their high profile accounts. They are well known within the industry for taking pride within their work and for really valuing their staff. They are award winners for investing in their engineers with continued training and development. Travelling to various sites around the Midlands, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance and repair work. You will be working on various commercial sites including commercial offices & retail stores. A company vehicle is provided with a fuel allowance. Ideally you will have the following: Experience working in commercial property such as Offices, Hospitals, Schools, Retail Contracts or University's etc. Knowledge / Experience of both Reactive and Planned Maintenance. 17th / 18th Edition Qualifications Experience in a similar role within industry is needed. Be a fully qualified Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with relevant qualifications (or time-served). Ideally you will be someone who is ambitious and look for a challenge.
