We're looking for motivated Paediatric Nurses who are passionate about providing the best care to children and their families within the community to join our bank staffing service; we have band 5 and 6 opportunities available. Solent NHS Trust is working with Portsmouth Hospital Trust to integrate the urgent and emergency pathway for children between community and hospital care.Solent East Community Children’s Nursing Team also delivers nursing care to children with complex health needs across Portsmouth City and South East Hampshire including Fareham and Gosport. These complex health needs include epilepsy, enteral feeding and tracheostomy care to full home ventilation and includes some children with life limiting conditions. You will also be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families and working with them to achieve the best possible outcomes for everyone. This will also involve teaching parents, carers and other health professionals as required and supporting students in the working environment. Car drivers essential.
