New Business Adviser - Exeter Up to £20,000 starting salary Bonus 35 hours per week - Mon-Fri 24 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays Excellent Pension Scheme and Insurances On-site parking Baker Snell are working with an award-winning organisation looking to appoint a New Business Adviser to join their growing company. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have experience working in a professional service background this could be the opportunity for you to join a progressive business. Duties include: Working in New Business Team processing applications Handling incoming queries on a first call resolution basis Delivering first-class customer experience Liaising with customers and supporting intermediaries About you: Previous experience working in a very busy customer service environment Enjoy dealing with varied queries Empathetic with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport A team player happy working with others Minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent including grade A-C in English and Maths If you are interested in this position, please send your CV as soon as possible.
