Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced new homes solicitor to join an established and growing team in central Exeter. You will work alongside a highly regarded wider Property Team and will have lots of client contact with large, small and medium-sized developers from day one. In this role you will benefit from an existing and very loyal client base. You will account manage various developers and will therefore be an excellent communicator. Ideally, you will already have plot sales and new build conveyancing experience. Solicitors and full- or part-qualified legal executives will also be considered. Familiarity with all aspects of new homes conveyancing transactions would be advantageous for this new homes solicitor role, including freehold & leasehold cases, mortgages and Help-to-Buy and shared ownership funded transactions.
