This high calibre, large Legal 500 firm is recruiting into its Corporate Commercial Team in Exeter. This is an ideal opportunity to join this large firm and become the number 2 in the department You will handle partner led work, working closely with a very well respected Partner, and will be encouraged to flourish within this supportive team environment. This vacancy will suit a newly qualified solicitor with up to 4 years' corporate and/or commercial experience. This role will be broad to include private company mergers, acquisitions and disposals. You will also advise on interesting commercial work including contracts, agreements, academy conversions, joint ventures, share buy-backs, distributions and corporate governance. Your client base will be mainly private sector organisations, but with a lot of national and international crossover in the healthcare and public sectors. Corporate and/or commercial solicitors who are just completing their training, as well as those with more experience, are encouraged to apply. The further training and development on offer here will be second to none Based in the central Exeter offices, you will enjoy working at this high flying firm advising on very high quality work. This opportunity will suit an enthusiastic, confident individual who is interested in meeting clients regularly face to face. You will often be invited to client social events and will be happy to build strong business relationships. Further training on this will be provided as required. Excellent salary of £44,000 for newly qualified solicitors, up to £49,000 & extensive benefits. Both local candidates and those living outside of Exeter and the South West are encouraged to apply.
