Overview
Production Administrator. My client in Hemel Hempstead are looking for an experienced Construction, Production Administrator. THE ROLE Maintain an electronic document control system to meet the needs of the project Provide training to team members across a range of abilities Instruct new members of the team in the discipline and importance of adhering to document control systems and procedures Monitor compliance and advise senior management of individuals failing to observe these systems and procedures Provide innovative and proactive advice on document management Development of process maps explaining documentation process Receive documents in data, paper and electronic formats Maintain and Implement the Document Control Filing System Ensure regular archiving is carried out To comply with company standards, policies and procedures. SKILL'S/ EXPERIENCE. Demonstrable experience in a professional Document Control department Experience of the Infrastructure / Civil / Engineering / Construction industry Some working knowledge of the Rail industry, including Network Rail working practices, would be advantageous Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access and/or dedicated Electronic Document Management Systems such as Aconex, ProjectWise etc Previous experience guiding and mentoring others Previous experience in Administration. A real can-do attitude, and professional outlook and positive influencer This is a full time position with an immediate start. salary £22,000 - £26,000 per annum.
