Overview

IntaPeople are currently supporting a globally recognised company who require several experienced Cloud Engineers to join a new cross functional Agile focussed project team. This is an DevOps focussed position within the company's wider support team, and you'll be a leading member of the Systems team. You will be required to communicate and solve problems effectively, whilst handling a fast-paced working environment. This will be combined with a transition to DevOps practises, Agile support and deployment processes. Working on the delivery of the company's application stacks you will monitor and provide on-going support to prioritise critical and high revenue areas of the business. Ideally, we're looking for; Solid experience with either AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform Hands on experience with Linux and Windows Server Configuration Management tools such as Puppet, Ansible or Chef (or transferable) Knowledge of exposure with Cloud Architecture and System Design Experience with common source control tools such as SVN and Git Worked in a Software Development team and have exposure to the SDLC Working within a fast-paced environment that often changes without notice you will help the business to continually evolve and modernise their Technology stack, including contributing to our technology radar and the evolution of our products. You will also have the opportunity to be exposed and learn a multitude of technologies such as AWS, Azure, Docker, Ansible and Terraform. As a Senior Cloud Engineer you will act as a point of expertise within your field and provide advise and support to other team members to ensure best practice is always followed. Desirable/Beneficial skills; Exposure with Terraform or CloudFormation Experience with containerised workloads (i.e Docker) Familiarity with common programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python or Bash.
