Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to review, develop and deliver high quality IT business solutions, applying best practice to Business analysis, system design and process management. Location: Nelson Salary: £35000 to £45000 - Dependent on Experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm The Business Analyst will be able to demonstrate a well-developed toolkit of Business analysis skills with working knowledge of finance and operational processes. We are looking for someone with the following: Experience of Sage 200 cloud application and interfaces (APIs) Technical understanding of all the core Sage 200 cloud modules Previous experience in integrating Sage 200 cloud with other external systems and applications. Good working knowledge of telecoms best practices and processes and how to apply Sage 200 cloud in the Telecoms Market and sector. Previous experience in HR, Automation tools and other business systems an advantage. Responsibilities The Business Analyst will work closely with software development within Daisy Group and third party vendors in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development. Support the Finance and Operations teams in improving business process and IT systems in line with company objectives. Conduct end-to-end Requirements Process: planning, analysis, documentation, communication and management of the business requirements in accordance with specific projects. Construct and validate the business ROI for each statement of development work Conduct Detailed Business Requirements phase: document, walk though, publish, and obtain sign-off of the Business Requirements Document, and all other related business requirements.
