Overview

An Admin Team Leader job in Bristol, to work in a well-established law firm. Your new company You will be working for a well-established Law firm that is based in central Bristol, situated in a great location by the water front. The company are refurbishing their offices to make it a modern and open place to work. They have good public transport links from around the city on a regular basis. Your new role You will be a Business Support Team Leader, where you will have two direct reports. The responsibilities include: Lead a cohesive and effective team with an eye for always delivering great customer service Support the administrative function of the team; ensuring that all administrative duties are completed promptly and accurately. Meeting and greeting visitors Diary management of meetings rooms Carry out regular building walks to ensure the office/kitchen is tidy. Ensure the health and safety policy is adhered to throughout the Bristol office. Maintain appropriate stationery and office supplies for the Bristol office. Manage the shared inbox (assigning tasks to team members), ensuring are queries are responded to in a prompt and professional manner. Process and distribute incoming mail; arrange courier services; process outgoing mail; distribute internal mail. Monitoring the switchboard, providing a positive experience for those calling in and the colleagues that they are calling. This includes but is not limited to: information gathering; routing calls to the correct colleague; answering queries and fielding sales calls. Support colleagues with travel and accommodation bookings Co-ordinate with the Head of Business Support to drive change, improve processes and implement improvements Assist with any projects including facilities co-ordination, implementing new systems and proactively responding to colleague requests for minor repairs/office re-organisation and to health and safety concerns. Engage suitable contractors for larger scale issues/projects. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have managerial experience to be considered for this role and ideally have experience within a professional service company. You will need to be able to problem solve and identify problems and implement improvements to gain a positive outcome. You will need to have experience dealing with all seniority within a business and be resilient and have a 'can do' attitude. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience as well as 25 days annual leave.
