College Services Advisor Job type - Full time permanent Salary - £19,200 Hours - 37 hours per week Location - Southampton Do you want to make a difference to young people’s lives, inspiring them to achieve and realise their true potential? We are in search of a College Services advisor to work closely with our Teachers and Students to ensure that the College continues to deliver an outstanding service and provide administrative support. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Acting as the first point of contact for students, prospective students, parents and members of the public; resolving enquiries effectively and efficiently. Managing diaries, including booking appointments and meetings for students, prospective students and staff as required. Providing information and where appropriate, advice to prospective and current students on courses, including information on fees, course requirements and progression opportunities Processing data using EBS to ensure that student records, course documentation/information and other correspondence are accurate, complete and made available promptly to the required deadlines. A DBS check will be required for this role.
