Overview
Senior Support Workers required for fantastic residential care homes for learning disabilities and complex needs. Senior Support Workers overlooking Support Workers and ensuring the support team work in accordance with care plans for individual with learning disabilities and other complex needs. You will provide some personal care and support the service users in doing activities and integrating them into the community by attending social events. You will expect total involvement with each individual service user and no one day is the same. Senior Support Worker Requirements The Senior Support Worker or Senior Care Assistant must have experience of supporting people with varying care needs and be familiar with leading a team and managing responsibilities of the team’s record keeping along with supervising the team on a daily basis and bi-monthly supervision. You will ideally have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
